I took many wrong turns on my way here.  I lived with a closed heart for many years, feeling abandoned and unworthy.  I lost my passion for life, became highly critical, and did not allow for intimacy.  Breathwork and Meditation helped me to clear blockages, open my heart and welcome new beginnings. They are tools that help foster real change, in many areas, inside and out. They provide ways to manage stress relief and improve overall wellness.
